James H. Schultz

James H. Schultz has served as a Director of the Company since November 2002. He retired from the American Standard Companies in 2001, where he had worked for thirty‑one years. Mr. Schultz served as President of the Trane Commercial Air Conditioning Group, a division of the American Standard Companies, from 1998 to 2001. Prior to that time, he served in various other capacities, including Executive Vice President. Mr. Schultz served on the Board of Directors of Goodman Global, Inc. from 2006 to 2008. Mr. Schultz has been Chair and a Board member of the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Institute, and serves on The Iowa State University Foundation Board of Governors. Mr. Schultz is a graduate of Iowa State University. Mr. Schultz has extensive experience related to the manufacture, sale, service, and installation of HVAC equipment and performance contracting and building energy management. As President of the Trane Commercial Air Conditioning Group, Mr. Schultz was responsible for the division’s profit and loss statements. As a result of his experience, Mr. Schultz is very knowledgeable about the Company’s industry.
